The Art of yogic concentration & meditational practices. Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. A regular practice can lead us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. These sessions are suitable for beginners and those who already have a meditation practice and would like to develop further and those who would like to start meditation. All ages are welcome. If you have an interest in meditation then this is for you.

The session will begin with limbering to begin to ease out body tension followed by yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to promote relaxation. What follows will be various yoga techniques to support concentration and develop a state conducive for meditation practice. There will be various moments of silent sitting. Yoga mats & supports provide. Bring a sheet/blanket to keep warm & wear loose clothing to allow for free movement and comfortability.
